Terms and Conditions for Car Detailing Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of car detailing services ("Services") by Apex Car Detailing ("Company") to the client ("Client"). By engaging our Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description: 1.1 The Company shall perform car detailing services as agreed upon with the Client. 1.2 The specific services and pricing shall be outlined in the invoice provided to the Client.

2. Payment: 2.1 The Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in the invoice. 2.2 Payment shall be made in full prior to completion of the Services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 2.3 All payments are non-refundable.

3. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling: 3.1 The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing 24 hours prior notice to the Company. 3.2 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit, as determined by the Company.

4. Liability: 4.1 The Company shall not be liable for any damages to the vehicle arising from pre-existing conditions, misuse, or negligence by the Client. 4.2 The Client acknowledges that the Company's liability is limited to the value of the Services provided.

5. Client Responsibilities: 5.1 The Client shall ensure that the vehicle is accessible and ready for detailing at the scheduled time. 5.2 The Client shall disclose any special requirements or conditions related to the vehicle prior to the commencement of Services.

6. Warranty: 6.1 The Company warrants that the Services shall be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. 6.2 Any issues with the Services must be reported to the Company within [number of days] of completion for resolution.

7. Intellectual Property: 7.1 The Client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, related to the Services belong to the Company.

8. No Refunds: 8.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments for Services are non-refundable. 8.2 No refunds shall be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Services.

9. Governing Law: 9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States and Georgia Law. 9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States and Georgia Law.

10. Entire Agreement: 10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client regarding the provision of car detailing services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By engaging our Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
